Katherine Kilfedder (Chair)
With a professional background in projects and events management, Kat joined the trustees in 2024.
As Chair, her main focus is to support the group to make robust decisions in the best interests of the food bank and in line with its Constitution.
Kat enjoys volunteering with a number of organisations operating in the intersection between food waste and food poverty, and likes to spend her spare time on long walks with her husband.
Sunil Patel ACA (Treasurer)
Sunil joined as Treasurer in February 2024, bringing over 15 years of senior finance experience (including JPMorgan, UBS, and Brit Insurance).
As Treasurer, Sunil oversees the financial health of the foodbank - managing cashflow, financial planning, and budgeting.
Outside his professional life, Sunil is a father, a lifelong learner, and a passionate advocate for using finance as a force for good in communities.



Gareth Mostyn
Gareth has been volunteering at the food bank since 2021 in a variety of roles and became a trustee in early 2026.
Now retired, he worked in the social housing sector for over 30 years. This included eight years as a housing inspector for the Audit Commission, investigating housing associations, council housing, homelessness, and supported housing.
Gareth enjoys swimming, yoga, learning to play the piano, travelling and learning about other cultures with his partner, and being a father.
Jackie Myles
Jackie has been volunteering at the food bank since 2022. Her first role was collecting surplus food, but she then became a Coordinator managing the food services, before becoming a Trustee.
Now retired, Jackie was previously a teacher. She now works as a tutor and a gardener.
She enjoys ceramics, learning bridge, her allotment, walking her dog, and other exercise.

Perri Lyons
Since April 2025, Perri has been contributing her expertise in operations and fundraising to support the organisation’s mission.
Professionally, Perri is the Director of Operations and Strategy at the Office of Amal Clooney and the co-lead of the Justice for Women initiative at the Oxford Institute of Technology and Justice.
She has over a decade of experience driving legal and human rights initiatives in the non-profit sector, has contributed to projects with the United Nations and Amnesty International, and started her career at the British Red Cross.
